M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Seoul National University; ABD, Graduate School of Information and Telecommunications, Konkuk University. Moon Kook Chul has served as a display engineer for 24 years at Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, and Visionox. Moon is currently technical advisor to EngiOn, and adjunct professor for the Department of Semiconductors and Displays at Gachon University.


| Hwang, Insun |

B.S., M.S. and Ph.D in Physics, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. Hwang has 20 years of display-related R&D at Samsung Electronics and Samsung Display, serving temporarily as assistant professor at the Yanbian University of Science & Technology. Hwang then served as Technology Superintendent-General at CSOT and Deputy Director of the Visionox Innovative R&D Institute in China, and is currently Senior Executive Vice President and CTO or AUFLEX.

He received his B.S. and Ph. D degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Seoul National University. He was engaged in emerging display technology development at Samsung Display and is currently a research professor at the Sungkyunkwan University College of Information and Communication Engineering.

Dr. Han Min Koo has served as Dean of the Seoul National University College of Engineering, Vice President of Seoul National University, and President of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology. Dr. Han has contributed numerous noteworthy research achievements and has trained many industry professionals during his tenure at the Department of Electrical Engineering at Seoul National Industry. He currently chairs the Board of Directors of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology.
